Absent...

I was reminded today that I still have a blog... yes, I know that I haven't been posting lately (didn't realize it had been this long though).
Here are some of the holidays I missed:
June 1 is. . . National Go Barefoot Day and Hug Your Cat Day
June 2 is. . . National Bubba Day and Yell "Fudge" at the Cobras in North America Day
June 3 is. . . Repeat Day
Today is Festival Of Popular Delusions Day.

I'm thinking of taking some time off, maybe even dropping this blog altogether-- I can't get all that enthused about it and after all this time I still haven't found a direction... It's sort of a vicious cycle-- I don't post much of interest so I don't get or keep readers, but since I have so few readers I can't get motivated to post much.

I'll leave it up to you guys-- if I get comments from at least 10 different people telling me they want my blog to continue (anonymous posts don't count), I will put some effort into it... otherwise...........................................

I would like to see you stay and right more opinionated stuff about lots of stuff in the world. You are an excellent writer with a unique POV and I for one would love to know more of what you think of people, places and things!

you don't need a direction, mate. it's the very fact that you DON'T have a direction that makes your blog such a pleasure to visit. aw, go on, don't go. my virtual life would be a lot emptier without your good self in it.

I hope you stick around, too. Not all blogs need a "direction". I just post whatever floats into my conciousness: memes, videos, movie reviews, what ever. Even the "Theme Thursday" blog helps with burnout, giving you a topic to expound upon each week.

Hope this helps! And take care. :)

Well, I just found this blog thanks to Canadian Calvin. So if you end it now, both your efforts will be for nothing.

And, hey, I'm with Wings. Directions are highly overrated. You can be one of a million blogs on some some specialized topic, or you can be the only blog on you and whatever floats your boat (unless you have a stalker blogging on you and your turn-ons and turn-offs).

Do not commit blogocide quite yet.

I enjoy reading the blog, even though I never followed it. I will follow it now, but don't make it a waste! Keep posting the things I love to read and love to see!

Come on! It's great goofy blogs like yours that keep me going - even starting my own no-direction, stuff-only-I-think-is-cool blog...

Keep up the excellent work.

I visit plenty and don't happen to comment so often, sorry. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy it all!

Thanks.

"That illustration is how I see you so it was perfect. It may not mean alot to you now for me to say but I hope you don't drop your blog. You have a unique voice that needs to be heard. I know how much I miss your point of view and I am sure I am not the only one."

I placed this comment in the wrong place but am happy to be your TENTH supporter. I hope that my opinion carries some weight and you keep your blog up.
